Beautiful distinction. I'd add one more step into the mix–the courage to try an unknown action. So often I find myself chatting with people (myself included) who have become aware of an action pattern no longer serving them, but that awareness is where their self-discovery journeys end. Self-deprecating half-apologies follow, excusing the behaviors they've already learned don't work but that they repeat anyway–like being aware of it all is enough. It's in the courage to try a new action, to begin the whole experiment again, that vulnerability which I've started to really notice helps mental strength fortify 🧠❤️
Good point. To recognize the patterns in repetitive situations that cause us stress, and to choose to step out of the autopilot mode. That’s real wisdom and self-growth.
What a powerful message. I couldn’t agree more. I spend this whole year to decipher my patterns and step back from them. To find a new approach ain’t easy but it’s the way. Thanks for sharing this
Awareness ignites transformation. This is one of my personal models, and I really like the idea of recognizing patterns because that brings awareness. Once you recognize the pattern, you can retrain your brain!
I love this twist to pointing out pattern recognition!
This is such a harsh truth to come to but once you get there it's like a weight lifting. Thank you for this!
Great post!

Ooooh I love this, thank you! Excellent perspective 👌
I totally agree. It’s all about pattern recognition! Our leaders of tomorrow will do this and teach about it. Self awareness is the new superpower!
